Condon’s Valmark Advisers record listed a Connecticut registration alongside existing state registrations; the Connecticut entry also had an approved status dated September 29. These are examples of updated affiliation records, not evidence of when either person began working at a firm.

Two other selected records were categorized as added affiliations at Cetera Planning Partners. Robert D. Buckley’s record listed the firm with an approved Iowa registration dated September 29, 2026. Casey C. Peterson’s record listed the same firm with an approved South Dakota registration dated September 29. The records observed September 30 show those affiliations in the registry; they do not establish employment start dates.

Affiliations no longer shown

For Andrea L. Addo, the earlier record listed Avantax Planning Partners in Minnesota, while the latest record observed September 30 no longer showed that affiliation. John P.
