Xcelsior Advisor Partners LLC’s latest filing, dated September 27, listed $2.5B in reported regulatory AUM, compared with $650.7M in its earlier filing, dated July 24. That comparison was among seven firms with exact reported regulatory AUM comparisons observed September 28, 2026. The observation date identifies when the comparisons were recorded; it does not mean the filings were all submitted that day.

The seven-firm count is the complete selected cohort for the observation date, not a count of all advisory firms. Abbey Capital Limited also reported a higher amount in its latest filing: $7.6B in reported regulatory AUM, versus $6.8B in the earlier filing. Those filings were dated September 27 and January 13, respectively. The records establish a difference between reported amounts, not what may have caused it.

The dates show why the observation date and filing dates should be kept separate: the compared records span different periods, from filings dated the prior day to an earlier filing dated in 2022. These are comparisons between reported regulatory AUM amounts, not evidence of asset inflows or outflows, investment performance, or the cause of a difference. The records also do not establish that each firm’s latest and earlier filings were consecutive.
